Prof. Abdul Rahim, Naveh Ibrahim: the head of the conference
 
Prof. Abdul Rahim Naveh Ibrahim, a graduate of Management and Educational Planning from New York State University, was born in 1954 in Shiraz. At present he is the chancellor of the Kharazmi University and he has been the supervisor and advisor of over 90 master and Ph.D. theses. He also has published 85 scientific articles in domestic and foreign journals.
Since the beginning of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, Prof. Naveh Ibrahim has taken on many responsibilities such as: The Director General of Foreign Students, the Director General of the Institute of Statistics and Educational Planning, the Vice-chancellor for Education in the Imam Khomeini International University, the Chancellor of Damghan University, the Head of the Faculty of Education in Kharazmi University, and the Director General of the office of Planning for Higher Education.
